A small outfit from Walloon Brabant, fifteen trades mastered, and one simple rule: whoever prices the job is the one who does it.
How we work
What sets us apart comes down to three things
The first: we go up before we price. A quote drawn up from the pavement is an estimate, not a commitment. We photograph what we see and show it to you, including what cannot be seen from the ground.
The second: we say no. Repainting a crumbling tile, putting a water-repellent treatment on a roof due for replacement in three years, treating roof timbers without stopping the water getting in — those are profitable, pointless jobs. We turn them down and we explain why.
The third: the price quoted is the price invoiced. Anything unforeseen is discussed beforehand, never afterwards, and becomes a written variation that you approve.

- The job left tidy, rubble taken away, before / after photos handed over.
- Quotes and follow-up available in French or Dutch.
