Interior painting
Proper preparation, clean paintwork, the job left tidy: walls, ceilings, woodwork and stairwells.

The problem
Why it matters
What separates paint that holds from paint that blisters is never the tin. It is the time spent beforehand: filling, sanding, dusting down, primer.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions
Do the rooms have to be emptied?
No. We move things into the middle and cover them. Fragile items, we would rather you put away yourself.
Matt, satin or velvet?
Matt for ceilings and walls with no traffic, velvet for living rooms, satin for damp rooms and woodwork.
How long before the room can be used again?
A few hours for an acrylic in a ventilated room. In most cases we leave you a usable room the same evening.
Do you deal with damp stains?
We block them with a dedicated primer, but only once the cause has been dealt with. Painting over an active leak is throwing money away.
Do you use glass fibre or non-woven fleece?
Yes, in preparation for a cracked wall. That is costed separately.
Do you work at weekends?
On Saturday mornings, yes, when the job calls for it.
